Application Properties
- Rapid & Even Penetration: Acts as an ultra-fast anionic wetting agent and surfactant. Delivers exceptional wetting, emulsifying, and foaming performance, dramatically reducing surface tension.
- Textile & Leather Processing: Widely used in the treatment of cotton, hemp, viscose, leather, and blended fabrics. Enables direct bleaching and dyeing after treatment without prior scouring.
- Chemical Resistance Note: Demonstrates high effectiveness under mild conditions but has limited resistance to strong acids, strong alkalis, and strong reducing agents.
Recommended Application Conditions
- Optimal Conditions: Most effective when applied at temperatures below 40°C and within a pH range of 5.0–10.0.
- Usage Tip: Pre-dilute with warm water prior to adding into dyeing or processing baths to ensure uniform dispersion.
